Yo, It's Brennen, Francis' son. It happened in the chicane and was partly due to weather. All in all, majorly not cool, but sometimes it happens to the best of us.. The car is at the infinity lot, where my dad works, you can contact him about it (just don't rub it in. ).

I was right behind the G35 when it happened, I was coming up on the first cone for the chicane, while he was leaving and I saw him swerve and looked like he lost it for a second. Then he pulled into the circle and I passed him. What happened? How can you blame this on the weather when I was right behind him and my car is fine. I just want to know what actually happened and what damage he did to his car.

I have it on video... from the tent area next to the far exit, until the car went behind the entry pay booth area. Saw lots of smoke but didn't hear much of a crash. I also have video of the time runs (not morning practice ones) on video if anyone wants to analyze how they do in the chikanes.
I think G35's may be a little too heavy and need more braking time. I don't know. It's just that I noticed another black G35 that day and it seemed like they were having trouble braking on time... *shrug* Just an observation from an outside vantage point 40 feet away.

I'm drifting because I left the stock front sway bar and endlinks on, but upgraded the back with the perrin sway bar and endlinks. I put the perrin at its tightest position, and what do you know? The car drifts like mad. I wasn't trying to do it at all, but comming out of the first turn no matter how much I slowed down all 4 tires would break loose. Justin V2 and Jon can verify this. It was fun, but I never want to do it again. I will be ordering my front swaybar soon before the Aloha 500.
