when i got home tonight my neighbors had warned me that a suspicious guy was walking around the parking lot talking on a cell phone and looking at cars. from their description, it could have been the same haole guy that tried to steal my car last monday. looks like i'll be on the lookout again (and paranoid), but this time i'll be sure to introduce him to my baseball bat.

and thanks for the offer guys, but nothing would make me happier than personally inflicting pain on them to make sure they know not to touch my car.

 

get a good look of the guy before you bash his face in, then the police or his family can identify him....

on a serious note.... try organizing a community watch. if there is one in place already try organizing a more creative one. ask most HPD guys and they will tell you that getting more active in patroling your own neighborhood works and definitely helps them out too.

we're already setting up a community watch. i'm bringing up the issue at our next community board meeting. and no, i haven't installed the other siren yet. i'm looking to do it by the end of the week.

 

ho bra, i would be paranoid... this is what i would do, i cant be watching the car all the time so put a note on your car saying that he is being watched..
