the results!!

the judge dismissed the ticket.. and i was very pleased.. quick and painless..

seriously i must have been the youngest person in the courtroom and the best dressed..

i was polite, and everything like that.. the 20 cases before me, most of the people seemed like they didnt care at all, dressed in shorts, and t shirt and all that.. slippahs..

this one guy kept giving attitude because the judge wouldnt have it his way..

there was also this one guy who kept snickering at all the people before him and at one point did a (knife slash throat motion) sound and laughed to himself.. a rude caucasion man.. turned out that he went before i did.. and he didnt get any slack from the judge.. and needless to say he was real salty about it after...


so in the end.. i was the first one out of about 20 people to get the citation dismissed.. all the other ones were held to fine.. and i felt good about it after..

50 State Legal Documentaion
Snapshot of the Espelir exhaust to match up with the brand/model of the exhaust before it was removed.. (just in case they question the docs)
Snapshot of my stock system put on after the citation.

i'll explain thoroughly that i had no intentions of being illegal
i do have documentation to prove that the exhaust is legal (i wouldnt have bought it if it wasnt)
I'll explain that ive taken corrective actions (for now) until further notice, and that i wasnt running that exhaust system since the pull over

hehe.. well after 20 people in front of me i realized it wasnt rocket science to be curteous..

 

Congrats man, told you that you had nothing to lose!!!! Must have been the lion outfit. But seriously, good job sounds like you should change your major and become pre-law.
