could it be my wheel bearing?
So I just hit 50k today and of course somthing has to break. Im getting this high pitch squealing sound from my front left wheel well. Im wondering if it could be the bearing. It only occurs when Im not using the brakes. (fyi though I just installed DBA 4000s, Hawk pads and Goodrich SS line) and I dont think it could be related but you never know.
Any ideas or imput would be appreciated, if it is the wheel bearing will the dealer cover it?

thats what i thought too, but through some search folks complaing of the same sound said it was their bearing. you think i may a have caught rock chip between the rotor and pad? Im assuming if that was the case it would be bad when I brake. (I had this before and the sound was crazy loud and high pitch

if you had a rock in there I'd imagine you would see a nice groove or scratch mark of some sort on the rotor.

Try reversing while tapping the brakes repeatedly. Sometimes works to get small rocks out.
If you think it's the bearing, try jacking up the car and wiggling your wheel by holding the top and bottom. If there is play, may be a bearing.

Did you bed the brakes properly after you put those rotors and new pads on?
I'm not sure why but I had the same problem for a few hundred miles after i put on Axxis Ultimates and had my rotors turned. I took the wheels off, did an inspection and checked all the torque specs again, and at some point the sound went away. Maybe try that before throwing more money/parts at it?
