You are not allowed to defend your self and criminals are protected.
You call the popo first then get victimized as the police figure out where you live.
That is the current Hawaii law oh you will be arrested if you use a gun.

anybody remember the hunting episode from south park "Oh god! its comming right at us!" "bang." First thing you should do is call the police and try and get out safe. If the second cannot be acomplished, you can only defend yourself from a pysical attack. You cannot use greater force that is being threated upon you. if they come at you with a piece of wood you cannot shoot them. but you may strike back with equall force. On that note though rember the deadly range for a blade based weapon is somthing like 15 feet. At which it so determined that the attacker has another intent than just harm. based on this you can used deadly force to defened theyself.

I keep a big *** "cold steel" brand battle style axe lying around for such instances.

 

Bad Guy with Bat(a piece of wood ) vs home owner and Home owner can't use gun because of "uneaqual" force?
Home owner will be dead or lame.
What about the crack head that raped a Girl in her own bed?

The law sucks here in the way of protecting the victum, for some dumb reason criminals have rights. If it was up to me the only right I would give criminals is to die if they threated my family or me.

 

^^no actually torture and pain. We must let them live to re-live the pain day after day. Thank god for criminals i'm not a congressman. But yeah, they have some rights. Although some cops will turn the other way and let you get some cracks in.

 

I hear you, cops now days tend to come "after" you do what you gotta do to criminals. A crack head stole my freinds tools and the cop told us to beat his *** if we caught him. Then the cop would arrest him. Criminals should all be reolacted to a prison in Siberia forced to mine snow and ice cubes by hand.
