Easiest would be to go see Rick @ Servco Subaru. Finding used body parts locally is pretty tough. Of course the bumper if purchased brand new from Subaru comes unpainted. Look to spend about +/- $300 to get it painted.

 

Stock STi bumper from Servco Subaru runs about $310 for the front and $280 for the rear

Too bad I sold my Chargespeed front bumper to my friend last month, I would've given it to you for the price of a brand new stock bumper

 

good luck i jus spent $800 on a brand new front and rear bumper from subaru(oh and 04 tailights too)
