im gonna leave it at this, go smoke and chill out.

BRZ is a Drivers car plain and simple its not a high HP car. its made to make fast drivers not fast cars....

MSRP here in hawaii
2012 WRX: $26,400
2013 BRZ: $26,300

so for the same price of a brz you can get a wrx yes very true........ now are you getting a car for speed or handling? the choice is your........

and out of the box one is faster in a straight line and the other is faster in winding roads! it just doesn't work both ways.

now let me ask you this. What was a WRX/Sti built for? straight lines?????? no i don't think so.

WRC! DING DING DING! and what is the WRC HP rating capped out at? can someone tell me? was it 276? and thats way the STI & evo's had to be produced in JP with the same power? but we know that the subaru and mistubishi engineers designed the cars to make so much power and to make it a drag car right???

ok guy since you got a chip on your shoulder i'll feed the troll...

when did i say "I don't care about speed"?

why would i let your feces anywhere near my car? thats just sick and twisted.

i don't own or plan to own a brz...maybe you need to get your facts straight before you speak what little is on your mind.

fact of the matter is idk hat kind of car you drive and i really couldn't care less. you'll never have a chance to backup any of these claims so all they are is idle threats from a butthurt little boy. when you can put together a coherent logical statement i might consider not pointing out how pathetic you are. until then enjoy the laughter you are bringing to all the people who read your childish rants.....

wait so your saying a rav4 which is roughly a 0-60 in what 6.1-2 time is faster then the wrx? and the BRZ does the 0-60 in what 6.8 seconds is over priced? how much is this rav4 again lol

"Performance & Handling
The ride quality of the Toyota RAV4 is a little rough. However, the up side is that the RAV4's on-road handling benefits from the stiff suspension. And the star of the show is the RAV4's super-fast 3.5-liter V-6 engine. Its 269 horsepower gets the RAV4 to 60 mph in 6.4 seconds and through the quarter mile in 15.0 seconds at 92.4 mph. The RAV4 brakes from 60 mph in 130 feet."

aww **** n/m not even close to 13's and thats 6.4 0-60 Rockford IL 2012 Toyota RAV4 New Car Dealer

these guys seem to be stuck on stupid. one of them makes an idiot of himself and the other feels the need to rank and file after him. lemmings i tell you. but he drives an STI killer so he must know more than anyone else, oh wait he can't make a valid argument. he just talks smack like a teenager with his moms station wagon.

04sleeper you are mad for what reeason? I was not rude till you came off as a dick and poked fun of me for no reason! You have a lot of lip and you dont know the story of my car or why it's not stock, have you ever asked? NO! My stock engine went out and it was the same price to put in a usdm stil block as it was to put in a ej20. So why not go with the bigger 2.5? I dont need to explain myself, its my car not yours. Have I once said anything bad or negative about what you drive? No! Let's end it, no hard feelings we wont ever see eye to eye and let's end it at that. Have agreat Sunday and enjoy the rest of your week.

We have started talking apples to oranges already!
Different strokes to different folks...
The vette is awesome at 505hp, I drove my friends one. Love the chassis, love the power, and to be completely honest, TOO much power for the rear tires. Even with 335 Hoosier A6's. But if you can keep a handle on your right foot, it's awesome and will rule race tracks and freeways.
STi with 500hp is a beast and can handle the power. Made more for rally sideways action, but can be a contender at most things.
BRZ with stock power needs to be evaluated. touge has one, he says its awesome, and it probably is with all the reviews. I think its priced right, an NC miata is about the same price for 35ish less HP and same weight. I'm about 90% certain that with a stock miata on good race tires, I could beat a 500hp STi on an autox course. But that's my flavor of competition.
