Are you serious? The new tacoma filter placement is the best thing ever. Yes oil comes out of the filter but theres a little nipple thing that you just put a bottle or a cup under to catch it. WAY better than taking off the whole skid plate to make sure oil doesn't get all over that...

You realize you're comparing apples to oranges right? You're sayin that you would buy an STI and dump in 10-20k to get 500hp rather than buy a BRZ. "Derp BRZ sucks bcuz no hp, STI with noz iz better. So much speedz". You're entitled to your opinions but the feces that comes out of your brain makes me wonder how hard you were hit in the head. It's pretty obvious to the rest of us that nobody is buying a BRZ for its 0-60 performance.

Anybody whi thinks this car doesnt have enough power is completely missing the entire point of the car. The car was never meant to have high horsepower, and even the improved versions will not make more than around 250 NA. Why? Because Subaru already has a high-horsepower performance car. It's called the STI.

I think an SC BRZ with 250whp and still excellent response will be 100000x more fun with this chassis than huge 500whp turbo lag. I've owned a 400whp dsm... and my 200whp miata with very good response is way more fun. seriously, WAY more fun. and FTD autox capable, whereas the DSM was and could never be that good on that kind of venue.
