I would not run anything larger than a 30R in stock position. 35R will need to be rotated for sake of driveability.

A tip on the tgv deletes, take a wire clothes hanger and snip a few long straight rods out of it to put in the holes as guides. It makes lining up the gasket and spacers much easier when putting it all back together.

Tbh, trying to do all of this the day before the tune is going to be a recipe for disaster. There are always gremlins to chase when changing so many parts, and having a day or two to diagnose them is key. However, if you are fully confident, more power to ya!

So true. It usually happens right when your on the dyno. Hoses pop off, coolant lines leak, and the tuner gives you a big frown . I like to root for the underdog though.

Yeah I'll prolly take the week off to do it, good advice. work out the bugs n stuff

also, for those who are looking to do a similar build, spoke to chris black today and he advised that the omni 4 bar map sensor is useless on pump gas under 25 psi and that the grimspeed 3 port ebcs is more than enough so the manual boost controller won't be required. He also said to go with as big of an intake that I can fit under the hood and that for speed density he would prefer i get a air temperature sensor located after the intercooler
