Headed to Oahu (if we make our stand-by flight) on the 10th of April for a 5-day visit. Hope to spot some of you guys. I'll make sure to throw the peace/what's up greeting.

Speaking of SHAKAs, I love the way that this "local" thing is popping up everywhere...did you guys see Manabu Orido flash one on the latest Hot Version DVD while being interviewed at a JGTC race?

It's cuz there are so many Japanese tourists that have visited Hawai'i, that the shaka is now a widely known hand symbol in Japan (it's even starting to replace the 2 fingered peace in photos now)

 

As long as they don't start using the "Shocker" we'll be ok!

 

Yeah, folks here on the mainland don't get the difference (both verbally and physically) between "shaka" and "shocker"

blake just a suggestion but why don't you post an advance 04/14 meet so 2cam16 can plan and meet up with us that thurs.
