bad luck again....
went to have tires mounted on my rims today. took everyones advice and went to eurosport b/c they are not supposed to scratch your rims. well when i went to pick them up, there it was. a nice big nic in the paint. took it clean off to the bare metal. so obviously pissed and sick that this happened the guy explained that it was b/c the tire had a nic on the inside and that cause the machine to chew up my rim. they said they would fix it or replace it but they have to send it to california and possible japan. so i will be outta my rims again for at least a week sometime next month. so just wanted to get that out there, i'm gonna go cry into my pillow now. That sucks, Bro.
Accidents happen though, and if they're gonna man up and take care of it it's not the end of the world. Chin up.

true, the only "good" thing that came of it is that they didn't charge me for the labor. so i got everything done free. i guess there's always a silver lining.

well they couldn't. i made it a point to go over every rim wioth them b4 hand. it just sucks that it had to happen. oh wellz, thats life. guess there are far worse things out there, but i'm drunk now so who cares.
Dude I PERSONALLY vouch for Eurosport. They're good and professional. Actually they're 1 of 2 stores in HI that I will deal with (Speedgear is the other).
They nutted up to the f*up and they're taking care of it. Also, it's great that they're sending it to the source rather than having some local dude fix it.

well they are sending it to a shop in ca to have it fixed. he said if it is cheaper to buy me a new one he will just do that. so lets hope it costs a lot to get it fixed.

thanx man. i just put them on and i am soooo happy with how it turned out. it is perfect height and looks sick! i'm just bumed i gotta take em off next week and go stock again. i have a spare rim that i am gonna see if they will just mount the tire on till it gets fixed. that way i can still roll with my rims on, otherwise it's back to stock for a while.
