got sick yesterday

hopefully i'll be better by sunday and still make it out since its our last one.

 

bring shoes, some gas in your tank, and a helmet if you have one. otherwise they provide the helmet. you will need to be there early if you plan to run in the earlier heats, but they will prolly have newbs run afternoon heats, so you can have an instructor. post up if you have anyotrher q's. i will try to answer them. see everyone tomorrow!!

 

Clean out you car, too. They want you to run with no loose stuff in the car, so take out any usual stuff, and leave the registration, etc in till the race, then take it out. You can bring whatever you want, but it will be left out of the car fer the race. Bring some water, too. It gets hot working the course.
