Ouch!

I'm sorry Mike's misfortune resulted in my aquiring his lateral links. But seeing what Mike paid for his front clip, I'd hardly call him a "tard".

Hmm, those lateral links have made their rounds. I think I was the orginal owner of those things.

So, if SM runs in the afternoon, that means I don't have to show up until lunch time, right?

It was sizzling hot out there today !!! Overall though I had a good time. Tim was pretty damn fast today in his STI, and it seemed everyone had good times in Barrys Mini Mike:thanks for the driving tips...I squeezed out a 56.498 on my final run.

I was a bit worried after my first three runs - two in the 54s, but both with 2 cones, and one DNF because I forgot where I was on course! Managed to pull a clean 4th run to make up for the first three. Of course, I then did one fun run and dropped down into the low 52s (on a legit course, too - if anything a couple of cones that were down cost me a little time).

I'm looking forward to the next event, my new suspension will be on the car so it should be better through all those slaloms and the never ending back-and-forth sections. We shall see...

No kidding b...I think I have something to try out sometime after January... But once again...a BIG thanks from me and Fran to you and Teresa for letting us drive the Mini! The car was a lot of fun...but I don't think I'll be buying one (no matter how "cute" Teresa says it is)!

Well, 2 extra runs didn't hurt me either. I think what really helped get a good time on my last run was back to back runs. Tires were still hot and the track was fresh in my mind. But I'll take it either way. Based on Barry's times on the DNF runs he should have taken first.
