I have the Whitelines,

but aren't installed yet. Noltec is a great company to deal with. Fantastic customer service!

I'm thinking I may not need to get the STi trailing arms and lateral links, just change out the bushings on my stock parts????

Any thoughts?

You can, but you will end up with Group N bushings, not the pillowball bushings that are in the pink stuff. Stiffer then stock, but I've heard it's a lot of work to press out the old and in the new. It's possible that the STi already has the Group N bushing, but don't know for sure.

From what I've read,

even the JDM STIs are using bushings similar if not identical to what we get in the WRX. And you're right about pressing the bushings in and out, it's not very easy according to those that have done it.

Yea, I think the only thing the STi suspension gets over the WRX is STi Strut/Springs, aluminum control arms and the sway bar links are the stronger ones.

I already have

the rear links, Noltec in front, and the control arms. I'm actually contemplating replacing my Tein Flexs. I remember someone on Nasioc posting about replacing the bushings with Group N. They were cheap, but difficult.

Can you post a picture of your STi lateral link bushings please?

I think if you take out the rubber bushings and replace them with polyurethane then it will be stiffer than stock if they are just plain rubber they are coming out..

mehlt thanks for the link I found some simplified directions on how to put the steering rack bushing in...
