i have a court order along with my sons mom to log in stuff in a travel journal like when he went to bed and what he ate etc. well anyways my question is what will happen in court or what the laws are for breaking the order???

cause today i tried to give it to her and she refused to take it and said "shaggy i don't want it. i don't care if i get into trouble" i said "but it is a court order and the judge said u need to do it" she then said " I DON'T CARE" so is this gonna be good for me or is it gonna b e something so simply and not to big that the courts will be like its ok????

 

Thats good for you if she refuses to fill it out just tell her ok and write down in another notebook what she said and her actions all you can do is try to get her to do what she is supposed too. Just keep your cool and if you are going to court any time soon it will be in the book that she didn't fill it out.

don't forget to also let your lawyer know exactly what happened, date, time, etc.

 

^^^What WRXed said. CYA (cover yo' a**) Sounds like a family court thing, and a lot of the judges are very lenient but when you dont do things they told you to do, they can be your worst nightmare. So take care of your side, let your Lawyer know everything, on this date and time etc. etc. Show that you want to do everything you can for your son.

 

cool thanks for the info. WRXed- yeh i'll let my lawyer knw tomorrow. silver- yeh i got another book that i'm putting notes in with my feeling so its in there.hoppie- yeh its a family court thing and her and the judge aready got off on the wrong side.
