Thanks guys for your help. The plate number is HI: RFV367 and still has the Servco Mapunapuna plate holders on it. It also has military sticker on lower left windshield with the expiration numbers of 9-10.

 

I'm wondering how a brand new car gets stolen and driven around as well. And if it was spotted why didn't anyone follow it and call the cops?
