Parts Necessary:

R200V differential (4.083 final drive ratio)
Correct diff outputs if you don't have a 240 diff: 38220-92L00, 38220-52F01 <----- So are these the parts # that I need to order?
2 quarts of 80W-90 Gear oil (I used Pennzoil, Nissan's Recommendation)
For S13's, you will need to obtain the correct rear cover.

 

Now I just need to find a place to get the shafts.

I think you only need the gear cover if you swap out the whole pumpkin, which your not doing. I believe those are the correct part numbers for the output shafts. Around here everyone seems to get them from the dealerships as the junkyards are curiously devoid of HICAS S13's. Hold off on ordering it though, I'm going to try and get in touch with some of the real hardcore 240 guys and double check everything.

Not yet... I went to Endless in Mapunapuna the other day to rap with them but they were closed. I'm about 99% sure that's the right part # though. If you peak under your car look at the output shafts... They are sticking out of the pumpkin and are bolted to the half-shafts... The bolt pattern should look like the one on http://importnut.net/lsdswap.htm

I will find a definitive answer for you though.
