Anyone up for a Pro-Tune? Read on...
Re: TGV Deletes
"TGV deletes on a 05 WRX...the pro's and cons of doing this and whether he can tune for it here?"
Per: Jarrad,
"Deleting the TGV housings definitely opens up the air path going into the
motor. On lower powered cars I suspect there are little actual gains, but
conceptually it is a good idea. I will have no trouble tuning for them when I am there, provided the car has a reflash. A car with a UTEC will have troubles as the CEL codes cause the ECU to go into a limp mode which will kill performance prior to the UTEC taking over."

FYI- Tuning Around the Corner

Yeah...^^^
I was telling him, it would take maybe 1hr max to swap in his header...8 nuts...taking off the heatshield takes the longest if anything...
Attention:
Per: Rad Motorsports
The windshield water reservoir needs to be taken-out prior to your car being dyno'd. An rpm reader needs to be attached where the reservoir sits during the dyno. Having the water reservoir removed prior to dyno will reduce downtime and give everyone more time on the dyno.

"Everthing is going according to plan. Looking at exactly 20 subies that needs to be tuned. I'll pay you $2900.00 (20 X $145.00) when you arrive. See you soon."

"Sounds good. Please make sure everyone is ready to rock when they get there. That is going to be a LOT of cars, so we will need to make sure things go smoothly."
