I could be way off, but I'm told that this website is the major US Cusco distributor.
To make matters worse, you can find the heatshield here, but they're out of stock right now.

Another major distributor for Cusco is Bozz Performance.
However, TRUST Japan also imports Cusco through Greddy USA.
