You get no extra performance, and you run the risk of messing something up. Wait until you get a DP and then run the 91 High Wastegate. I talked to cobb and it is fine for the sti. Either way no 93! When can I get the other $250 from you?

 

I'm using the NOS octane booster Race Version from Checkers. The Cobb stuff says I'm supposed to get 5 more HP. I asked Cobb if that would work and they said "yeah".

 

i was talking about the initialization connector. blue for 02',white for 03'-04'.
its in step 2 in the setup portion in the AP instruction.

i'm assumming you already flashed your ecu?.....so you prolly did this already.

Hey man I am telling you not to mess with the octane booster, but don't listen to us if you don't want to. Carlo, Chris, Jon, and I have been running the accessport, so I wouldn't try to run 93 even with the octane booster. Whatever you do oh well all I can do is make suggestions.

Dude, you have the black STI w/ gold Type C's right and FOGs. I met you through Brandon. Yes, it was you, just before the Halawa off ramp. No big deal. Just wish my dad wasn't in my car so we could have some fun on the off ramps. BTW, stay away from the stuff from Checkers. Run Xylene or toulene. if you really want to increase your octane levels. Just make sure to make it wet w/ Marvel Mystery Oil, because you'll run too dry and start drying out your gaskets etc... Let me know if you need help w/ the Access Port. I'm running stage II and had similar probs in the past.
