Your going to have to give a little more information than that. Like how much are you trying to bulk up to and current weight. Previous work out routes or is this something new for you. Last but not least how extreme are you willing to go.

Alright you need to incorporate legs in there somewhere, I hate doing legs but the reason is because it releases testosterone into your system which helps build muscle. Not sure of your body build but your going to need a decent protein and try to stay away from things with lots of potassium and sugars. I use gaspari Myofusion its a good lean protein with a good amount of creatine just enough so that you dont gain to much water weight. I would stay away from pre workout if you can i used them for awhile and it took me for ever to get off of them and i started building a tolerance for them. If you want to build fast you can take something with tren in it i used myogenix spawn it was awsome dont pay more than 100 bucks a bottle, also there some stuff called tren13 not sure how well it works but your going to need a really good PCT (post cycle treatment)

As for workouts i usually do monday chest, tuesday arms and tri, wed. legs and rotate it that way mixing in different things every now in then, Abs you can do everyday like after your workout, and just a boxing/crossfit/light run or swim twice a week is good for cardo but only when you have maintained your weight and are starting to cut up. If you have any question or need more info just ask. If you like a list of good and bad sups i can help you with that.

Depends on how serious you are, I can use a workout buddy.

I am about 4-5 days a week, 2 hour sessions.

Re: Jack3d, it doesn't do anything for me. I've tried up to 3 scoops. I've been cycling Dark Rage for about a year though and it is miles above Jack3d. Heck, I can drink a monster and it gives me a better psych than Jack3d and Jack3d only gives modest pumps.

ahh,..so good to be young and fully of testosterone..
I find it hard to work in a good regiment nowadays with work, wife, pets, etc etc as I truly miss it...

Honestly, I think being single and horny is your best supplement IMO,..LOL! ....it always got me motivated to go to the gym everyday to not only feel stress free and good, but to impress the girls with the results...Saves on the wallet too...

Oh man, a prime Sefo vs. a prime Ubereem would probably cause Japan to sink to the bottom of the ocean.
You remember how nuts the Sefo vs. Hunt fight was back in '01, right? Pro moke fight!!!

As an ex bodybuilder, you can take all the supplements in the world but you need to really hit it hard in the gym and the most important thing is eating! If you don't eat properly then you don't make nearly the gains. You need to be eating a tleast 5-8 meals a day! Just some advice from someone that used to compete in bodybuilding.
