1st question: is it under extended warranty. If so, call your warranty company. I might be out fixin your HP.

2nd question: onboard or seconday video. What is the model of HP? There was a recall on the geforce secondary PCIe cards installed in some m series desktops. I've also seen a lot of on board GPU failure which would necessitate the replacement of the system board.
