Any rentals available?

Just a shot out there, but my landlord just informed me my rent is going up $150/mo starting October. So I'm taking this as a sign to find a new place (been in the same place since '97).

I'm looking for a secured 1 bedroom with secure covered parking within 10 miles (give or take) of down town. Washer/dryer inside (like I've got now -- coin op sucks) or any included utilities would be a plus.

Yep I'm a lazy townie and want to stay close by. But if anyone's heard anything at all, let me know
