Moving to Santa Cruz in December - any rentals out there?
Anyone know of, or have any friends renting out a 2 bedroom house or apartment in santa cruz county? Closer to Santa Cruz, the better.
I don't have issues finding a place, just checking the BAIC crew b4 I just take care of it myself.
Not looking to pay anymore than $1400. Trying to aim for $1500/month with utilities.

most two bedrooms in santa cruz are around 1800 up to 2500 for the newer ones by the ucsc campus...for that price check out bonny doon (the place that just had that fire ha) or like mentioned before, scotts valley and felton area..maybe down highway one south a bit like aptos, soquel, watsonville

Your only choices are going to be above Scotts Valley (Boulder Creek, Felton, Ben Lomond) or Watsonville for that price range. Aptos, and Mid-County area's are going to be at least ~1500 w/o utilities...

My buddy rented a 2 bedroom house in Aptos, right off of State Park for $1300/month and it had 2 baths, right across from that liquor store on Coates Dr. Something like that would be nice.
I am not a student anymore, graduated Cal Poly last year and I work at an IT Consulting Firm for Orthodontists mostly.
My dad is going to lose his place and I offered to find a place together...I need to be in a pad by December 1st.
Money and credit is not an issue. I would like to find a place with a year or more lease would be nice, I hate moving.
