any body running a Helix High-Flow Catted Downpipe?

i wanted to get a down pipe but i realy hate the smell a full catless system gives off. my friend's 04 rex (caterpil) has some nasty exhaust smells. i get headaches just driving behind him. so i wanna avoid this smelly crap. some say its not too bad but i guess im one thats more sensitive to the smell. So i was thinking about the Helix High-Flow Catted Downpipe. for those who run it, how does it sound? is it very loud like having a catless dp? can you hear the turbo spool? any fitment issues, like the a/c hose touching? any other suggestions on catted downpipes, other brands? im willing to pay around 400. i have an 05 sti if you need to know...

thanks!!!
