Don't be sorry at all! You're doing a great job! I'm happy people are able to devote the right amount of energy and enthusiasm and time to this. I can't and I never was the point person. Since I was the moderator, everyone figured I was in charge, so they always called me every year. I'm making sure you are the one in charge for this from now on!

here's what we need:

folding tables - i know Walter has one, but we need one more.
portable tent - Chris and Sue (808subaru)
RC cars for entertainment? -
plates, forks, napkins, and cups -
hibachi and coal - Walter
cooler, ice -
drinks - h20, soda, juice

rice and dessert - ted (heheh, sorry i'm making the list)
hotdogs and buns -
chili -
noodles - Walter (Lo Mein noodles)
chicken (i.e. shoyu, katsu or adobo?) - Chris (substitude) and Simon
beef (teriyaki, brocolli, or steak?) -
salad (macaroni or greens?) -

if i missed anything, please let me know. for now, i think this is a basic list of what we need in the potluck department. if you want to bring anything else other than what i listed, please chime in. i know we have some pro chefs here.
list updated...it's starting to fill up...c'mon peeps! this is gonna be a fun get together. if you want to bring something, please don't be shy and post up.

One thing I forgot to MENTION:

Plus, we could all roll together. Maybe shaggy can coordinate a meet up with the scion (tc's, xb's) guys as well at servco or something. I dunno, just a suggestion.
i sent a email to the scion guys. just waiting for a reply. we should be fine to do a servco but it is kinda outta they way if were going to kapolei ya know i know this will only probably be from here to kapolei i know most groups have other plans after the drop off.
