honestly tho what gives anyone the right here to say "oh that kinda power is worthless.....yada yada yada" if you ain't got something else to show thats better then this they way bash it? have you drivin it?
as for the young comment it don't matter if your young/old. i know old ppls who think they are the **** b/c of there age and i will raise the mother ****ing BS flag! it doesn't matter how old you are anyone can act dumb. and honestly if 808lgt is bragging about beating a sti let it be. i was there i watch it happen multiple times.. and for being young and beating sti's in a lgt and it was his first time at a track is something to brag about. i know i would and i know most ppl would also b/c thats like the silva vs jackson fight everyone was in shock!
see warren (and no this is not a shot at you so please don't take it like that this is to everyone who talks **** on here and don't do nothing to back it up) if you ain't racing your car at some kinda legal venue wither it be auto-x or dragging in maui. you ain't got nothing to say b/c you have nothing to show for it. and being a DYNO QUEEN DON'T COUNT! no offense but that is not a motor sport. it's been provin here already HP#'s don't mean ****
as for you warren i know and have heard about your 10sec civic and i give you mad props for that b/c that was one bad mother ****er and i wouldn't mess with it period.
i give props like bren said to whatever your build type is. and yes bren know his **** too!! he must of learned it from joey......... nah nah nah j/p fran

/threadjack? 44 to 3 ftl @ cowboys. praise given to the guys who can make 1k hp from their 4 cylinder motors. it's not like this is the first time companies made mad power to liter ratios before. just look at the early lemans series or pikes peaks cars with 4 banger 1k hp motors. nowadays power is an aside to actual driving ability. power doesn't mean anything in drag racing if you can't use it. most dsm guys running in the 8's barely break the 500 mark and getting much faster becomes exponentially harder to do due to aerodynamics more than anything else. anyway, done done done done done. good job to these guys and their 1k hp wrx. if they drag it and do well, they have my respect.

i have to add to what shaggedelic and 808lgt said dont talk **** if you aint bout **** and please nobody delete my post again i have a right to say what i gotta say. by the way that 1000hp wrx gets all my props and nobody would test those limits if it wasnt worth it. I GARAUNTTEE NOBODY ON HERE WOULD RACE THAT GUY AND HAVE **** TO TALK AFTER GARAUNTTED!!!!! violent night out!

it seems as if you guys responding dont get it......im not dissing the fact that the car has 1000 hp that is frickin nuts if you ask me but like ***** said if its a dyno queen that dont mean dick i never saw that car run any passes at a track so.....as far as me running at the track... i would probably suck at autox... done the drag thing and am just waiting for a track to open on oahu so i can blow minds again!! with my suby?? probably not cause honestly I can get my vw or honda to go waaaay faster with ALOT less money.... so
just to let you know i aint talking crap im calling it how i see it!! and the age thing got brought up because of the way things were being said!! and sorry but having 4-5 years of legal driving experience makes you inexperienced! when you get a few years like 5-10 years of RACING under your belt then i would concider you experienced....as far as taking what ***** said as offensive it wouldnt happen i can see his point for sure oh and off topic i was one of those who wasnt shoked by wandy getting knocked out hehehe... i aint talkin **** about anyone but i aint takin **** either!!!

^^^ yeah i was gonna say so far joses sti is the only drag sti ive seen put up solid numbers.......but then again i dont really have all the time in the world to search for others online.... anyone else hear of an sti with stock internals running 10s?? i like see...... that is bad ***!!
