What it that, Tractor pulls?

 

Tractor pulls has such a negative connotation.

How many horses do you think those chains of 5 or more motors are putting out?

I believe that the first picture is of 5 jet turbine helicopter engines.

 

I remember watching that stuff on ESPN about 10-12 years ago... it's actually impressive.....brute strength.

 

I remember watching that when I was a kid, tractors werent quite as big though.

 

I went to watch antique tractor pulls once at the Indiana State Fair. It is still the loudest sustained thing I've ever heard.

It hurt my ears even with my hands over both of them. Of course, this wasn't in a stadium or dome. I was sitting in bleachers about 25 feet away from the dirt strip.

 

I would go to the ones at out county fair
