I need to get out of my crappy place I've called home for the past 3 years....

I'm tired of street parking, listening to Filipino karaoke next door, and the occasional police officer arresting a drug dealer one block away from my front door... HELP ME PLEASE!!! I'm a great cook, I'm an awesome Xbox live partner, I love working on cars, I have a full time job, I'm clean & neat, and I'm half Haole & half Filipino.... Which means I have great credit with perfect English & know how to do back breaking yard work without burning in the sun.....

How much rent are you comfortable with a month, including utilities? Do you absolutely need covered/gargage parking?

I can surely ask tenants if they are interested in a roommate... Only problem would be the garage/covered parking. That's not very common.

My landlord is renting out a place right next to my house, and has covered parking for 1 car. I live in Wahiawa but im in the heights and its nice and quiet, if your interested i can hit him up.

 

My 2bd unit will be up for rent in about a month but can do the handover early, it's in the Punahou area, not sure what your budget is but this unit is going for around 200 less/month than others in the building. Comes w/garage parking, wash pad outside, washer/dryer in the unit, lanai (2nd floor, matches top level of garage so I rarely ever take the elevator)

Why rent when you can buy? Lol, my 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse in Waikele will be for sale in a couple weeks if you're interested

 

If you look up Davids Match.com profile it's very similar except it adds, "I love long walks on the beach, cooking, cleaning, yard work and sikdorak. I can fix your cel phone. I wear shoes 24/7 and aren't quite sure what slippas are."
