after speaking with Jose for the past 6 months.... we were discussing my future plans for my next project- he suggested me buying the black beast from Puerto Rico... i contemplated and decided that i wanted to start with a virgin car-
i had made a comment(in a joking way) that i'd pay for Gadiel to meet me and my wife in Cali when we get my next STi(06) and tune it for me. after dropping some $$ over at the gentlemen at crawford performance of course...
as of last week Jose had told me that Gadiel would agree to come to hawaii to tune... if a minimum of 5 people agreed to use his services. i would take care of his airfare, his lodging and his meals-
so the question is this.... is there anyone (5 people especially) that would like to have their car tuned by him? you have seen his numbers, and you have seen the vids-
(and yes i plan to stay with STi(after selling my 04), not porsche...i love these cars too much)

Have you read the bobble-head thread on NASIOC? I wouldn't touch Crawford with an eleventy-seven foot pole. Not only did Crawford not stand behind their motor, they basically acted like jackholes. Go do a search on NASIOC under "Vendor Reviews". Seriously, be very carefull. I'd look at Axis or Kingpin instead.

yeah- i have read the threads, i also read a "response" from crawford- and even alex made some clear points a while back- while i am not looking for a 691 whp beast-
i do notice that a lot of people have strong opinions of crawford when they never even did business with them personally-
san, rich - good stuff... and watching out for a brotha- we are going up to cali/vegas in september to do some "shopping" - what we are looking for is something to also be a "conversation piece" for our business here in hawaii-
who knows, maybe we will have a daily driven advertising beast... or a fat paper weight!
in that case i might as well hit the local rally builders and weld in some goodies-

It's not the block that's the problem. It seems Crawford "knows" exactly what pistons will fit in their block, and doesn't bother measuring. I would run away as fast as I could. Their attitude after the sale reminds me of Perrin, only worse.
