i just did my 30K at Jiffy Lube, Pearl Ridge...they were great...i did the fluid on my tranny, motor oil, and a radiator flush...there are a bunch of suby guys that work there so i trust them with my car...every other Jiffy Lube I've been to screwed me over...oh and bring your own fluid

yes that is 1 step colder than stock.

ahh shet, I just hit 41k and I forgot to change the fuel filter.

By the way, it seems that 30k might be early for spark plugs, but I don't know if it's always better to get new ones. I just took a look at mine and replaced em, but honestly it didn't look worn at all. There was just a lot of junk on it. IMHO I think it may be better to change to coppers so you know what is going on, but if its hard to change them every 12k or so, just stick with the stock platinums as they seem to work great.

mines either, but i did anyway just to be on the safe side...

Check the NGK site w/ this part number and turns out nothing. I can only find two platinum sparkplug models which are G Power Platinum BKR6EGP 7092 and Laser Platinum PFR6G * # 4793.
