The 2011 STI unveiling is tomorrow (4/1). It better not be an April Fool's Day joke because the joke will last more than a day.

With the release of the 2011* WRX, the joke's been on 08 and 09 (to a lesser degree) WRX owners.

*EDIT: yeah, 2011. I was looking at the title of the photo gallery which read 2010.

Unless the discounts are good, then I don't. Hell, I'd even take advantage of them myself if they were good enough!

Which one?? Coupe, Targa, Carbriolet??

On a side note, the rear fender flare reminds me of the Fender flare on the New FXT's. But still a very hawt ride!

i wish that FHI would have at least made the black/gray all match and be the same texture or material.

also, how much for new bumper skin and do they come pre-painted in factory colors? i doubt, but gotta ask. not that i want one.

also, lower vent area looks like the same size as 08-10 (might be a concern for restriction of flow if trying to go FMIC).

The 17x8 wheel are on par with the 05-07 STis. Couple that with the wider track and put some wide r comps on and you got yourself an STI killer. I'm hoping for 320+ hp, Recaros, SMART key, stiffer springs, roll bars, and dampers for the 2011 STI.

I immediately thought the EXACT same thing. Not just the tips though, look at the full side-profile shot. It IS an E90 M3 sedan in Lightning Red, hahahaha. The scoop looks exactly like the BMW's V8 hood bulge when viewed from the side, the wheels are looking more and more like the E90 M3's, and then the rear quad tips and valence are the icing on the cake.

If we could only get that exact styling (love me some wide fenders and integrated brake ducting in front bumper), with 2 doors less, and STi powertrain and drivetrain, I would seriously have to think twice about keeping my 06.
