best time was a 14.3 with a 3900 rpm launch. my driving stunk bad.still got room to play with cause have not gotten the guts to launch it HARD!!!

 

when did you go??...saturday??? were you with the other suby guys??

That sucks about your tranny how many miles are on your car? Were there actually large chunks on the rear diff plug? That is odd, most people actually thrash the gears. You should take as long as you need to feel safe about your draging your car. Just don't get pissed if you do break your tranny, from what it sounds like with the amount of power you have a failure is inevitable. It could take 100,000 miles. So re-learn to launch your car, and I'll see you at the tracks !

 

no worries man. you just need practice. you'll get it down and it will be all g from then on. just keep at it. can't wait to see it in action when you get the hang of it. so...next week?

 

btw...may borrow someone's stock tires and rims when i go to tracks?

nate, yes my car has a few miles but i think the owner before me upgraded it and dragged alot with it. i know he had a upgraded turbo,i/c mbc,and a piggyback from dastek which i still have. i dont think he ever changed out any tranny fluids,front/rear. put it this way, it flipped out my neighbor when i showed him the chunks. he's a master mechanic.
