When I had my 712's mounted at Costco lasyt December, the guy doing the mounting told me they could get them for around $180...but the wait was 2 weeks I think. Don't quote me on price or time frame...after all, it was 4 months ago...
I drive from the North Shore everyday...I would not recommend running race tires other than to race...not worth it economically...not to mention driving through Wahiawa where it always rains and dirties up my white car! grrr...

Yeah I am just going to look for some sticky road tires like the Falkens or some others. Just enough to provide more grip than the 92s.

Those for street or race? I just want some decent performance rated tires for the 18s (I wont auto-x them, but I still want a nice combo) and then some nice stickies for the stock wheels.
Edit: The MXs arent that much cheaper than the SO3's which I liked.

Appreciate the info. Going to Costco today to join up and see what they have.

kumho mxs
hey dave, my car has the kumho mx's if you remember what they looked like. anyways, they don't feel quite as sticky as my s-02's, but seem to have a stiffer and flatter sidewall. the s-02's i also have bulge. the mx's are good for the money though and stick decently. not sure how they compare to the azenis though. b
