Hey Russ. there will be cones at 1/2 track and some at the top end. Don't solom through them!

at the end of the track

- there should be 2 sets of cones. keep going until you pass the 2nd set. if i remember correctly, your trap speed is the average between the 2 cones. been a few years.

- at the turnoff, if you are in the spectator lane(the lane NOT next to the tower, so it's the drivers school side) you let the tower lane turn off first at turn 1 even if you run faster than the victim in the tower lane.

- heat soak sucks in line(ice, ice bags baby). wanna borrow my SM inducing scoop? let me know. b
