that's a stock bumper that is just a lip
added to it but I can't remember the
name of the company that makes it...

Rear lip

The rear lip and sideskirts of the car are done by Wings West, I have the same kit on my car! it's called the W-Type

man, whoever installed that rear valance center section did
a sloppy job on that blue wrx. look at how the right side is
diagnal to the line of the bumper. ewwwww...
