06 wrx stiff steering

So I just got body work done on my Rex, it was driving fine before I took it in, only a little bit of pull to the right from the wheel. It drove home fine (5miles) when I left my house the steering wheel seems really stiff and at times almost no power steering. Fluid is topped off, could the alignment be that bad for not driving it for a week or could I have another problem I should be looking for? No excess noise when turning.

I don't think bad alignment would cause stiff steering. Check your tie rod ends and look to see if there is any binding also check your steering link to see that it's in good order. Maybe it's your PSP?

Time for a gym membership haha. Check for any clogs or back ups, or might be steering pump. Mr2 had a similar problem, drove it for a hour or so and the problem magically went away.
