heh, ... $39,700.00, .... that's $300 less than what Bob is asking for his STi with the stuffs he put on it.
dunno though, ... the spec C is bad ***, but 2.5L's is nice
.... I guess just swap the 2.5 short block over maybe?? or maybe that would defeat the car's purpose?

I just posted this as a novelty. You weren't really thinking of bidding, were you?

Yeah, the '03 spec C has round headlights. Anyway, just buy a 2.5 sti, out performs that model, and you don't have to learn drive British*.
*British have to be opposite of everyone else in the world. They have also screwed up every country they've visited with right hand driving.
I once asked a guy if he was English. He took offense and replied "I British!"

Must agree,
at 1310 kilos (2882 pounds), the STI Spec C is easily 300+ (closer to 400) pounds lighter and making as much or more power than the US STI. Remember, the Japanese models aren't rated at more than 280 hp due to advertising restrictions. They make more power than they advertise. Even the baddest Skyline is rated at the same power. Not sure I'd want to live without AC, but the Spec C is compromises comfort for perfomance.

Yeah I lived in Jpan for 2 years and when I found out there was a law that say you cannot advertise over 280 or something close to that I couldn't believe it. It is legal to have more hp than that, so what is the point of the law? Useless laws, what a way to spend our tax dollars.
