[help] strip bolt
I think I have a strip bolt stuck in place in the undercarriage. Couldn't get it out. Anyone has any suggestions on how to get the bolt out? It's just spin in place wouldn't come out.
Thanks in advance.

Chucky..
Which bolt is it? If it is the one I am thinking of...there might be a nut above it that you really can't see until you put your fingers up there...try feel around...
Good luck...
Good luck...

depending on what your goal is but if it's holding up the splash guard underneath the car then what you could do is get pair of scissors and depending on where it is cut straight into the hole (the shortest path to it BTW) this way when all the bolts are removed from the other wholes you can remove the splash guard. Now that the splash guard is removed you can spend time removing the bolt from the chassis. You choose. Either way you'll have to get it out. When you're ready to install the splash guard... you can drill holes on both sides of the cut you made earlier. Then you can bring it together with zip ties.
This is just a way to keep your splash guard and to be able to reuse it again. If the splash guard is off then just disregard.
you'll want to (depending on how much clearance you have) cut the bolt with bolt cutters then drill it out or if you're lucky you can remove it with vice grips as stated above.
good luck
Jon

So the bolt is just spinning in there huh?
You're gonna have to vice grip and rip it out...then either tap new threads or just disregard that bolt.
If you have all the other bolts and the plastic pop in thingies...you should be fine.
