I thought you were the one lecturing about how brutal anti-lag is to the engine/turbo, etc. You are a glutton for punishment! Ha, you're probably just going to sell it and get a z06.

The guy I know who went through the turbos was running positive boost pressure at idle - after reading a bit about it, I think that if I were able to turn it on and off and I could set it for 0 vacuum at idle it would be less hard on the turbos...of course I'd probably have to run an IHI turbo but without lag, it would be a wild ride.

And you talked about avoiding the negative attention of the FMIC? That anti-lag is loud, how about just go for one of those twin-scroll turbos...

If you can turn it on and off then it's not so bad is it? Haven't you watched Initial-D?

On TV, it never gives you impression of how loud it is in reality. I guess it would be kinda cool to run it, but I think once you get everything sorted with your new setup, anti-lag won't be that important.. I would say try water injection! I talked again with designer of the s7, he says he's working on a large project right now and won't really be able to help us out.

I think he eventually saw what I was talking about, check this out and tell me what you think: http://www.pistonheads.com/roadtests...gEdgeRT240.htm. I'm thinking something like this with different headlights. This would be pretty cool.
