Sti Wheel Hop

is wheel hop bad for a awd? (stress on the driveline?)
i launched my car all the time at the track and now my car just started to get wheel hop off the line. Is there anything i can do to not get wheel hop?

You need a stiffer suspension. Yes, it is bad for your car.
