Sti Wheel Hop

is wheel hop bad for a awd? (stress on the driveline?)
i launched my car all the time at the track and now my car just started to get wheel hop off the line. Is there anything i can do to not get wheel hop?

Well, you can not launch. Launching on asphault=not happy AWD car.

It's bad for any driveline and suspension. The rapid oscillation that occurs can distort bushings and break parts.
