Anytime I peg the throttle in any gear other then first around 3000 rpm I get a vibrational/rattling noise that seems to come from the passenger side front of the car. When I let off the gas it stops and after about 3500 the rattle starts dying off Anyone have an idea what it might be? I have a 2009 2.5i

stock headers? sounds like heatshields to me. a very high pitched rattle that only is present at a specific RPM at any given gear? most of the time its the coupling at the hearder and cat pipe

Yeah stock headers and it only does it when accelerating. I took the mid pipe heat shield off no change so I guess I will be taking the other billion off to see if that helps
