Question Start up issues

I've had this issue for quite some time now and just recently its been really bugging me here is whats been happening and what I've done;

What I've done:
my car is a stage 2 setup (I don't know if it would make a difference)
Miles 147,xxx
Starter has been replaced as well as the battery, I cleaned the MAF sensor and purchased a new air filter, replaced Crank position sensor with an OEM. Replaced spark plugs as well.

Whats been going on:
periodically the car will fire right up without any hesitation and there are times were it would take forever to start up. When the car finally turns over CEL comes on and the codes are P0301, P0303, P0442 (this one comes on once in a blue moon) and P0335.

The car runs great its not burning any oil. Please any input is appreciated.

First thing I'd do is check the plugs for fouling also check the resistance on your wires. If those check out ok I'd suspect a faulty coil pack since your misfiring only on one cylinders 1 and 3.

After you check spark start looking at the fuel pump, either the relay or somthing.
