So I just installed my TMIC in time for my tune on sunday. Everything went great except now the TMIC rubs on my car. I found out where tonight and will attempt to fix this problem tomorrow. here are some pics. also borrowed a pic from "lourok" to show where it is rubbing.
Here is the issue I found tonight.
Hard to see but the bolt head is rubbing

The Bolt Holding the A/C line to the firewall bracket.

Here is the size differences

Here are the installed pics (sorry for ****ty pics with my phone)

& if your interested in how my car did on the dyno

Here is the fix.....
So I took the TMIC back off and looked at the A/C bolt closer and seen I was right!!

Then this was also confirmed by the back of Perrin TMIC with the rubbing marks!

another pic

So next is to get a piece of silicon vacuum line and cut it to about a inch then cut it down the middle.

Next you will need to unscrew the a/c bolt and move the a/c bracket under the bracket which it was held too.
You will also need to screw in the bolt from bottom up but not all the was yet.
Place the piece of silicon in-between the bracket and the car bracket and tighten the bolt from underneath. It should't come above the top now by more then 1-2mm.

And thats it! re-install my Perrin TMIC and double checked it.

and your done! I took it around for a spin and no problem! now i can enjoy my new tune without hearing any crazy rubbing sounds!!
