forester exhaust hard to find but found out at subaruparts .com that any wrx or sti exhaust will work. therse just one bracket that has to be moved. so all you have to do is pick how loud you want it to be. now i also found avery good sight on the history and the wright way to tune a subi and the best way to modify and have it be reliable the most info on one site that i have found .most people sell subi parts but dont tell you why you should have them.hope this helps. check out spdusa.com

 

The exahust tail pipe is on the short side when you use a WRX or STi muffler. A few guy's have fitted them but their bumper started melting. Also some of the hangers aren't in the right place. Cobb and Stromung make a Forester Specific muffler. Search here:

Not if you have a Forester. He doesn't know S#$T about the Forester platform, nor does he care to learn. If you have a WRX or an STi, or even an RS, he is willing to help you, and is very knowledgeable in these areas.

Don't tell Mike Shields you have a Forester. He won't even give you the time of day. "I WILL NOT CARRY, WILL NOT WORK ON, or SUPPORT ANY modifications for the Forester platform." (Direct quote from my phone discussion with him).

Well then, he must have extracted his cranium from his rectal orifice and figured out that the Forester drivers are willing to spend $$ too. He wouldn't give me the time of day, wouldn't recommend brake upgrades, wouldn't even talk to me about a CAI, or anything else.
