trade my 99 RS for a Forester XT 5 spd?

I want to get a Forester XT 5speed, but I'm not sure exactly how much I can realistically get for the car as she has 300k on the odometer but a new engine out of a 2005 with 80/90k and freshened up heads.
I am the original owner as I bought it brand new in Dec 1998, and due to the fact that I am a sales rep the miles were mostly hwy.
My suspension mods are as follows:
20mm rear swaybar
kartboy short throw shifter
KYB AGX struts with stock springs
STI motor & tranny mounts
Stainless steel slotted/drilled brake rotors (stock size)
Goodridge braided steel brake lines
The engine mods are as follows:
Doner engine from a wrecked 2005 Impreza Outback wagon 2.5 NA with 80
thousand kms on original stock bore with stock compression.
Cryogenically Tempered factory transmission 5 spd manual
ACT HD clutch assembly brand new
TWE stage 2 cams
Cobb valve springs (7500 plus redline)
Stainless steel intake and exhaust valves
4x 540cc RC engineering injectors.
Bored out throttle body.
Cold air intake with K&N cone filter.
TechWorks HighOutput Headers, TechWorks HighOutput High Flow Cat, TechWorks
HighOutput Mid-Pipe, TechWorks HighOutput Muffler
Autronics stand alone fuel management system.
There is some dings and dents etc, nothing that a new paint job couldn't make look mint, as she has seen allot of hwy miles so rock chips etc are par for the course.
WRX heated seats in it too.
6.5k for the car, open to offers or trade for an XT 5 spd
