Hi everyone in here, I am living in Canada.
I owned a WRX 2004, but about to trade in a 07 forester,
in here:

it is the STI forestor in Japan, which Canada does not have it for sale.
but I am jus wondering if there is any way I can mod the forester to
look like that, for example, the bumper.
cuz it looks so GREAT to me, and as well,
I am buying the toppest model, the one with turbo charged.

^ That will be your best source (I've been ordering parts from them since 2003). One thing to note (especially for body pieces), is that shipping will be nearly double the price of your parts order.
