Engine/Power - non turbo (All non turbo Imprezas) Who needs a turbo when you have 2500cc? Cams, intakes, exhausts, etc. The 2.2L and 1.8L Subies are cool too.

it depends on where the oil you're interested in catching is coming from. lots of n/a engines use catch cans or overflow cans for everything from coolant to crankcase oil. as long as you have a good idea of where the oil/coolant/etc. you're wanting to catch is coming from, i can't see any reason why the catch can wouldn't work as long as you could find somplace to stash it under the hood. you'd probably have to custom plumb all the lines, but that's hardly difficult.

The real reason for a catch can is that the little bit of oil that gets sucked through the intake is really hard on the compressor, but it doesn't really hurt the engine itself.
