I hooked up my ScanGuage last night and did a few runs. I notived that the TPS would only report 85% open then the pedal was mashed to the floor. Do you guys think this is normal, if not where should I go looking to get some more throttle?

haha, this was happening once to me too...turns out my carpet was in the way of my throttle...hehe

I'll check it out tonight. I knew floormats were worth -15hp.
